Refund & Return Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during transit
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of issue (images or video) is mandatory

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:

• Menstrual care products
• Personal-use health and hygiene products
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If the return is rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer.


Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.


Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preference
• Products are intended for comfort and support, not medical treatment
• Final approval of refunds and returns rests with us
