• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via Whatsapp or email.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Non-metro cities: 4–7 working days
• Remote locations: up to 8 working days

Delivery Issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and supporting images.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

Orders returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Unavailability of recipient
• Refusal to accept delivery

may not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.
